Keith Rupp
Vice President
Keith leads Tucker/Hall’s Polk practice. Well-versed on all aspects of public relations, Rupp’s work has often been in helping organizations address difficult public opinion challenges that pose significant bottom-line risks. His clients have included international and domestic businesses, as well as public sector organizations. Immediately prior to rejoining Tucker/Hall in 2013, Rupp was on a two-and-a-half-year assignment to lead BP’s external relations in Florida following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Rupp was general manager of the energy company’s government, media and community relations teams and oversaw a $50 million program to restore consumer confidence in Gulf Coast tourism and seafood.
Rupp’s insights on public affairs strategies were developed over a dozen years as a senior level aide on Capitol Hill. He served three members of the U.S. Congress, including six years as a chief of staff to a subcommittee chairman, and four years as a senior adviser to a member of House Leadership. Beginning his career as a journalist, Rupp was an award-winning editorial page editor in Virginia and later a television news producer in Tampa Bay. He continues to occasionally contribute columns to US News & World Report on public affairs and reputation management issues. Rupp earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Clay Hollis
Vice President
Clay Hollis is a Vice President at Tucker/Hall, where he uses his government relations experience to provide strategic advice and solve complex issues for clients.
Before joining Tucker/Hall in 2023, Hollis was Chief of Staff at Port Tampa Bay, overseeing its government relations activities. He also served as Director of External Affairs for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, representing Commissioner Adam Putnam. Hollis has worked in Washington, DC, for Rep. Tom Rooney (R-FL) and on various congressional and statewide campaigns.
Hollis holds a degree in public policy from Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of the Florida TaxWatch Citizenship Institute, Leadership Tampa Bay, and participates in leadership roles at the American Enterprise Institute, Florida House on Capitol Hill, and the Florida 4-H Foundation.
